Sales Careers

Use marketing savvy and new technology to build sales relationships with Building Materials Dealers Wholesalers, Contractors and Builders. We are a "new school" sales organization.

Accounting/Finance Careers

Staff Accountant: Focus on general accounting and analysis; regulatory- and compliance-based functions. A showcase position for professional accounting expertise that allows close collaboration with various levels of the business.

Financial Analyst: Prepare and provide detailed financial analysis and reports to business leaders. This position allows the right person to showcase thoughtful, analytics insights while partnering with key leadership and business units.

Plant Controller: Provide comprehensive financial leadership to the plant, as well as operational management focusing largely on driving improvements. Responsible for several direct reports, ranging from Cost Accountants to Purchasing Clerks.

Cost Accountant: Occupational data gathering and report development on variances. Design and implement strategies, best practices, and process improvements throughout the plan to control variances. Coordinate and manage cycle counts and annual physical counts, as well as forecasting and implementing plant budget.

Engineering Careers

PLC/Instrument Technicians and Electricians: Key members of the electrical team, responsible for repairs and maintenance of all machinery and equipment such as conveyor systems, hydraulic components, AC/DC servomotors, pneumatic components, production machines and equipment.

Process Engineer: Design of preventative and predictive maintenance strategies based on equipment and failure history; lead failure mode/root cause analysis teams and develop reliability enhancements on existing equipment; plan and coordinate the execution preventive/predictive maintenance tasks during planned shutdowns; coordinate outside contractors for the execution of capital projects and major maintenance jobs, develop tracking tools for downtime, and resource usage and PM/PdM execution.

Regional Engineers: Build product awareness and drive market demand via specification approval, face-to-face selling, trade shows, seminars and campaigns.

Manufacturing & Production Careers

Department Manager: Direct report to the plant manager, responsible for improving the working conditions in safety, quality, production, and cost to increase subordinates' skills and capabilities through effective management of operator training system.

Production Process Engineer: Improve the efficiency of the manufacturing process and managing small capital projects.

Maintenance Manager: Develop and implement strategic vision and direction to improve equipment reliability. Will also work to optimize people, strategy, structure, process and culture.

Installation, Maintenance & Repair Careers

Maintenance Mechanic: Key member of the maintenance team, responsible for repairs and maintenance for all machinery and equipment such as conveyor systems, hydraulic components, etc.

Information Technology Careers

ABAP Developer: Responsible for maintaining, supporting and delivering new functionality for MySAP ERP, SCM and CRM applications.

Business Intelligence Developer: Responsible for maintaining, supporting and delivering new functionality for Netweaver 2004 BW implementation, as well as the overall architecture design and development of BI project, including data modeling and query development.

Construction, Mining & Trade Careers

Installation Compliance Specialist: Responsible for developing/implementing strategic business plans to capture businesses within specific territory; driving the revenue growth and profitability; working with new business partners to drive the growth of territory; developing new business opportunities for value-added products and services; promoting James Hardie products, solutions, and service to end-users; and working directly with the manufacturer, the candidate will be responsible for best practices training of the proper installation of our product to a broad base of customers, including contractors, distributors, retailers, builders and salespeople.

Branch General Manager - Building Materials: Oversight of the distribution center and sales organization. Products are used in residential, commercial and industrial construction, and are sold through Big Box stores and PRO dealers.

Human Resources/Recruiting Careers

Human Resources Manager: Reports to the Director of HR; develops employee capabilities and improves the performance of the operation by facilitating the implementation of key HR initiatives. Responsible for operational management of the HR Department in a multi-line manufacturing facility, including long-term retention and development of the work force as well as maintaining positive employee relations. Part of team providing generalist support to approximately 100 employees.

Research & Development Careers

Technical Managers, technologists, engineers, manufacturing and market/business development professionals: Design develop and launch products for the residential or commercial building industry. Manage the day-to-day progress of next generation development projects.
